There'll be side games aplenty for those without a lot of action in the early going.

But really... 21st Panzer is a pretty sweet command.

Just to be clear. We are dividing into four sectors so most of the 21st Panzer will be in the Sword sector. I am worried that there will be so little to do the first day for the German side, we may have too many people. Have to see how it goes.

Doug,
When do you plan on arriving?

My brother and I are playing the US Civil War and bringing along Poland Defiant to fill in any downtime. Arriving the 17th and leaving Monday the 21st (to go back to work).

Is there any collection of comments on tables needed?

Mark,
That is supposed to be under games registration but kind of spread over all topics. We got you covered.

Hi Merv,

I'll be arriving on the 18th, leaving on the 26th. I don't have an arrival time yet, but it looks like it's about a 4 1/2 hour drive for me, so the earliest I think I would be arriving is about noon, but could be later in the afternoon. If there's a specific time you'd like me to arrive by, let me know and I can make it happen.

I agree about the workload for the Germans on the first day. The Allies will certainly have a lot to do, but it usually takes until about midway through the 7th before there is a mass of Germans to maneuver. Having 4 Germans, though, would allow the game to proceed a little faster since each sector could be running activations simultaneously. I, for one, don't mind a slow start.

Doug,
We will be there Friday morning around 11. Should be set up and starting around 2-3. If you are there by start time you can fill in for a couple German players who arrive later.

Hi Merv,

I will aim to be there between 12pm - 1pm. Should be able to help you finish setting up, and I don't mind covering for some guys until they arrive. Looking forward to it!

I'd like to run "NATO: Cold War goes hot" as a side game, and I am always interested in running Flattop double-blind as a side game.
Is NATO still a go? I am interested.

I'll bring it, and we can see how the timing breaks.

Lee.
