I mean 3 Allied and 2 German. However, if you have
3 Allies you will need an Ike to fire Monty.

So then are others interested in Beyond the Rhine as a second monster?

We've got two committed to the Seven Days of the Civil War Brigade series, and they're open to others joining in.

It seems to me that I've also heard talk of Day of Days (Standard Combat Series monster sized D-Day game) and now Beyond the Rhine. What say you all?

I'm playing something OCS this time, and I think I my interest is in:

Case Blue (leaving out GB2)
Beyond the Rhine (full campaign)
Blitzkrieg Legend
DAK (side game)

Tom and Dave,

I downloaded the rules for 7 Days and gave started to go through them. Without sounding foolish, I assume we will be playing with the written orders?

If I am understanding it correctly, a complex order is about sending someone on an attack or potentially into a combat situation even if in support. A simple order is defensive in nature or a " A move from point x to y"?

If I'm missing something let me know?

Hi Roger,

Yes, we will definitely be playing with written orders. And you're descriptions of Complex and Simple Orders is well stated and understood.

I'm going to start a new folder for Seven Days for reasons of rules questions and the like.

I've got one, unpunched as yet but will likely get done shortly for Time for Trumpets practice.

It'd probably win the "Shortest trip from shelf to winterfest" award.
